  Put Captain Stan's Quetzal Adventures on your bucket list. Even if you're not a fisher just being out on the delta in a small boat is a beautiful, relaxing experience. There was an abundance of birds on the day the day we went out and Captain Stan was familiar with their habits and habitat. He's even more knowledgable about fishing. He knows exactly where to go and how to rig up his tackle to give you the best chance of landing a fish.
  
  If you can tear your attention away from the scenery all you're required to do is reel them in. Captain Stan handles everything else. His boat is clean and well stocked and his equipment is top notch. Just watching him bait a hook is enough to convince you you're in the hands of an expert. But if that's not enough, watching him fillet your catch will make you a believer.
